Conflicts Assessment Template

If you're planning to publish a tender or transparency notice for your procurement, you first need to prepare a conflicts assessment. It is not publishable - but must be included in the audit trail.

A basic template for drafting a Conflicts Assessment under section 83 of the Procurement Act 2023.

Please note that it is only applicable for procurements that are commenced on or after 24 February 2025; for procurements commenced before 24 February 2025, the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 will instead apply.
