A recognised commercial contracts and procurement expert, Greg leads both our national Commercial, IP & IT team and our government sector team. With experience gained both in-house and in private practice, Greg enjoys working collaboratively with our clients to structure and manage their business relationships - whether with customers, suppliers or partners - to achieve their commercial and policy objectives.

Supporting your ambitions

Greg recently led a team of 25 lawyers working with the Department of Health and Social Care on its Future Operating Model Programme. The programme to restructure the NHS Supply Chain aims to achieve significant cash-releasing savings for the NHS. Co-ordinating our experts in procurement, commercial contracts, IT, property, employment and pensions, Greg worked collaboratviely with the Department and Government Legal Department to put in place 13 separate but inter-linking contracts covering everything from logistics, through supporting technologies, to procurement category management services. The team is delighted to see that the programme is already delivering substantial savings to the NHS.

What else should you know?

A modern languages graduate, Greg loves languages and working with clients on cross-border projects. Having worked in Brussels, France and Spain, Greg particularly enjoys helping UK clients to do business overseas and overseas clients do business in the UK. In addition to his work with government clients, Greg has substantial experience in the media, education and food and beverage sectors.
